As a Talent Partner (Recruitment Consultant), you’ll learn to manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to pre-closing, develop your sales and influencing skills, while bringing purpose and career satisfaction to the region’s top 20% of technology specialists.

 

This is a role that involves recruitment, B2B and B2C sales, and networking. Together with your team, you’ll manage delicate hiring processes at Fortune 500 companies.

 

Right from the start, you’ll get trained and coached by experienced consultants to give you a solid foundation. You can broaden your professional horizons and rotate across teams and specializations to work on the things you love most.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a commercial-related subject

  • Good sales and customer service skills (or a desire to develop them)

  • Confident and pleasant personality

  • Sound judgment

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and (optional) Cantonese.
